Cleaning

Cleaning & water changes are the biggest chores of owning a hot tub. It’s also surprising how much dirt can build up on the inner pipework if not done correctly. We can deep clean, and fully sanitise your tub ensuring its not only physically clean, but safe to use.

Repairs

  • Annual Service

    This should be completed annually to keep your spa both safe and running as efficiently as possible.

    - Full system flush
    - Full drain down including piping
    - Removal of all residual water, including fine grit and remaining debris
    - Remove & chemically treat filters
    - Clean jet internals
    - Clean acrylic, headrests, cabinet & panelling
    - Clean & UV protect cover
    - 14 point inspection check-list
    - Installation of new heater tube seals if req.
    - Rinse & re-fit filters after treatment
    - All plumping unions tightened & small screws replaced if required.
    - Water added to tub
    - Water given initial treatment (Chlorine shock/pH balance etc.)
    - Customer sign off & PDF report emailed for records

  • Shut Down

    For when your hot tub is going to be left powered down for any extended period of time, especially in freezing conditions.

    - Full system flush
    - Inspection of piping and unions for leaks
    - Full drain down including piping
    - Removal of all residual water, including fine grit and remaining debris
    - Remove & chemically treat filters
    - Clean jet internals
    - Clean acrylic, headrests, cabinet & panelling
    - Clean & UV protect cover
    - Disconnect pump & heater unions for freeze protection

  • Wake Up

    For when your hot tub has been left either empty or stood and is need of waking up and/or giving a deep clean.

    - Reconnect pump & heater unions
    - Rinse & re-fit filters
    - Clean inside tub acrylic, headrests, cabinet & panelling
    - Water added to hot tub
    - Water given initial treatment (Chlorine shock/pH balance etc.)
    - Time & date set (if applicable)
    - Full function check
    - Clean & UV protect cover

  • Water Change

    Let us take on the hard work of a water change, and completed professionally with a full flush along with UV protection applied on your cover.

    - Full system flush
    - Full drain down including piping

    - Clean & UV protect cover

  • Repair Call-Out

    Our TopTubs call-out service is designed for people in need of assistance with their tub. Whether it's leaking, tripping your breaker, or you'd just like an hour with our technicians to ask some questions and get some advice on how to use your tub, then this is the service for you.

    Repairs are handled with an initial call-out to diagnose any given issue, followed up by a quotation for parts and remedial work.
